In Vigan City, tricycles and karitelasβhorse-drawn carriagesβare the primary modes of transportation. 3. BANTAY BELL TOWER & CHURCH – The Bantay Bell Tower, which is in Bantay, Ilocos Sur, served as a watchtower for piratical raiders during the Spanish era.
