You’ll have the impression of being in a contemporary house with bamboo walls and a nipa roof thanks to the restaurant’s comfortable atmosphere. You can choose to eat in their outside dining area or stay inside.
The Ilocano Express is another unique variation on the Ilocano bagnet (deep-fried crispy pork) (Php 269). The salty bagnet chops go nicely with the red sauce, which is sour but also kind of sweet when served with it.
