Casa Vicente Restaurant, a rustic bar and restaurant at the crossroads of V. de Los Reyes Street and Bonifacio Street, is a favourite amongst couples for its charming ambiance. It used to be senator Vicente Singson’s stone home before becoming a restaurant and bar.
There is a special table and seating space in the restaurant’s corner set aside for patrons who want to make romantic proposals.
Ilocano cuisine is created and cooked in a unique style using Italian techniques. The Italian Porchetta technique is used to prepare their Bagnet, which has a contemporary twist. After being expertly packed, the pig belly is roasting for no more than four hours.
Three of their best-selling dishes, including the beef dip, bonito’s favorite, and bone marrow with mixed veggies, are available for customers to select from. Pasta plus a main course entrée make up the bonito’s preferred meal. In addition to Vigan Longganisa, green and black olives, and mashed potatoes in the main course, the pasta dish features Spanish sardines.
